Report it in the app within 7 days of the clean, with up to 5 photos. A human reviews every report, and the cleaner's payout stays frozen until it's resolved. Your card is only charged after the clean in the first place.
You'll see the exact refund before you confirm. More than 24 hours ahead it's a full refund minus a £2.50 fee; 12–24 hours is 75%, 2–12 hours is 50%. And if your cleaner cancels or no-shows, you get 100% back — no fee.
